Ok so the story is highly entertaining in my opinion. It has elements of magic, crafting, slice of life and an ever increasing power creep however the MC is by no means OP. He is definitely stronger than the every day citizen but not nearly on par with the truly powerful....YET! I really like that the MC seems to have a solid head on his shoulders but isn't some infallible genius. Overall I really am enjoying this story and a can't wait for more chapers. I really hope this story keeps going because I could see this story just getting better as the MC gets older.

I love both the story and the writing style.
The way most fantasy world novels provide power to the MC is by making him more talented or, provide some power the other inhabitants generaly dont have. This is not the case in this story, and I find it very tastefully implemented. (eventhough at this point we dont know how the MC compares to other powerfull people in the story)
At this point in the story the main focus is on the MC. However, eventhough no indepth view of other characters is given, hints of complexity can still be seen in the suporting cast. It feels as though every character atleast has some depth, and thought put into them.
I also think the pacing is great. There are some fight scenarios, there are some stressfull scenarios not related to fighting. There is the wonder and experimentation on how magic works in this world, its great.
Considering this is a new writer I am even more excited with how this story develops, and their skills improve even more!

In this story we follow a newly reincarnated earthling in a magical world , but this world doesn't have a system. MC is also born a lowly commoner as a  blacksmith's son. MC starts learning magic as a baby through experimentation and discovery. MC has very hard road ahead of him since in this story magical education seems very social class dependent. Only Nobles seem to have learned magic in this story since there is no system for everyone to learn magic.

What's nice here is that there are lots of little, subtle touches which lift the story beyond lots of what I've read on here. The author does a nice job of leaning into all the genre tropes, whilst having enough of these flashes to make the reader appreciate the differences.
Story: It's an isekai, so you know what to expect. I quite like it here that the MC doesn't just leap into the world as a fully developed adult, but that there's a genuine need to grow and age. As I say, it's the little touches.
Characters: Again, all nicely done. The MC is obviously the be all and end all here, but the supporting cast are all here in well drawn frames. The hunter feels like he will be coming back and back again in the form of a mentor.
Grammar and style: the authors has been responsive in the comments to anyone who has pointed out things that need to be looked at, which is always a good sign. The style is clean and clear and very much in keeping with the genre conventions.
Overall, this is a pretty nice piece. Worth a follow and having a read as it develops onwards

It’s decently written overall, spelling and grammar are generally good, prose is slightly amateurish but develops as the novel goes on.
The novel does sometimes spend an excessive amount of word count on small or irrelevant details, and a few plot points feel like they had no purpose but to add word count. This does improve as the novel continues.
The reincarnation bit really doesn’t work and honestly it’s mentioned so few times that it could probably be written out fairly well. The main character is sort of an odd mix of age and youth at the same time, which is a little weird, he’s driven long term by more sensible ideas, but short term makes child like mistakes and has child like interests and reactions. Once he reaches his teenage years this starts to feel a little more normal, as if he’s been written that age the entire time.
Other than that it’s a decent enough read, worth a try.

Overall the story is up to a good start. I can expect the things to build up quickly. Regarding the story, though it is basically the same at start as the other Reincarnation Magic World Stories I have read. But still the author has tried his best to make the story as concrete as possible. The constant use of very descriptive passage where he would show the entire process, says about the author commitment to research about the elements and structure it in a satisfying manner.
The characters within the story seems to not interfere at the start as much I would have liked, but we can see the perspective from the main character viewpoint and that is very interesting. To know how the main character who had always wanted to live inside a game, finally gets to live in a magic world is such an experience. And we can clearly see it, with the way he reacts to every bit of thing around. The excitement when he is able to execute a new magic spell us always a rejunuvating experience for us. The main character craving to learn more can definitely will cause some troubles and we are up for it.
The story is well packed and I can see the use of proper grammar. The vocabulary used is nice and the story itself is packed with right words for the right moment.
The world is vast and it is good that we aren't introduced to everything immediately as you would see in other stories. Here the world builts itself with each chapter and each situation. We get to know many thing at the right moment and it is delightful. You could feel author inner child as he makes good use of simple spells. He is able to weave a variety of things and use it in application, the magic power is well established. And we can just see main character struggles coming from far away.
The writing style is a simple yet efficient one. The author is able to convey the story with the use of simpler words where even more vocabulary can't justify it.
I hope you give this book a read. Because I feel like the story will just go o

It's been a lot of fun reading this, so I'm going to start with the good stuff.Right off the bat, all of the characters are appropriately rounded for their presence in the story. The kids have some personality beyond just being kids, the parents each parent differently, and siblings have their own concerns. It'll be interesting how this transitions as the story moves forward. We don't have any party-companions yet, and the MC is way to young for a love interest. The story is pretty standard issue reincarnation Isekai. Guy wakes up as a baby and gets to spend his tedious infancy practicing magic. Sorta. Then he's a precocious kid still practicing magic and working on a plan to get himself out of a peasant village. One interesting twist is that the gamelit elements aren't a system thing. Instead the MC has created a status screen that he draws in the dirt to keep track of stuff, based on video game memories.Grammar is fine. Here's my real nitpick: the style can be stilted at times. A lot of declarative dialogue where people announce their motivations and over explain intentions and wants. Never mind that life would be a lot better if people really did that, it's still not always the best to read.Last super nitpick: There's also a few made-up words for things that really didn't need it. For example, why not just call the guy the mayor, or headman? And places where a made up word would make sense and a normal English word is used instead. Like herb means both something you cook with for flavor and a magical plant that bestows properties. Why not put the fancy word there? Yeah, I know I'm being a grumpy fart to complain about that in fantasy, but the kids can keep off my lawn too.

An enthralling tale of perseverance and ambition! Darian's journey from a bewildered reincarnate to a determined aspiring mage is both inspiring and captivating. The harsh medieval-like world he navigates is vividly portrayed, with dangers and challenges at every turn. His discovery of magic and the relentless pursuit of his dream, despite being a poor villager, make for a compelling narrative. Darian's willingness to bend the rules to achieve his goals adds a layer of complexity to his character, making this story a must-read for fans of magical adventures and tales of unwavering determination. Perfect for anyone who loves a blend of fantasy, grit, and the pursuit of greatness.

This review is based on the first twelve chapters. Before you, we have an Isekai story. It starts rather simple enough with a student meeting a truck, with the meeting ending in a rather unfortunate way. Then it takes a bit more of an interesting turn. Our MC ends up in another world as an infant, with all the benefits and negatives that it entails. It takes him quite a bit of time to get used to his surroundings and learn how to speak, but all in all, the premise is very interesting.I think one of the biggest troubles I have with the story is that some of the wholesome parts are skipped or passed at a bullet's speed. Looking at how the MC grows up and interacts with his family, how he learns how to play, and how he adjusts to the new world... There are glimpses of them here and there, but the biggest focus so far is how the MC is learning magic. Don't get me wrong; the author does that part competently. But the family part looked so much more interesting for learning our MC better!Style. Descriptions are brief, but they help keep the story going at the right pace. The author's use of brevity allows our imagination to fill in the blanks in the story, and he gives us just enough information that a young kid would realistically learn at this stage. But there is sometimes trouble with dialogue when it is hard to tell who is speaking with whom. All in all, believable and reasonable, four and a half stars.Story. Servicable. I have no complaints against the MC. Occasionaly he comes off as edgy and sometimes pays little care to his family, but all in all, he wishes no harm to others, works hard, and does not come off as evil. And the story is about him growing up, learning about the world, and moving up in it, so by making him engaging, the author has directly made the story interesting too. While I personally would've wanted a little more focus on the interaction with the family, all in all, a solid five stars for a good setting.Lore. Also good. There are some backwater tr
