It's a good story, but there's a bit of an issue with the chronology and I had a bit of difficulty following the story from one chapter to the next at various points.
Style: It's very fast paced, my preference is for slower pacing, especially when it comes to a high fantasy-esque story which is roughly what an Isekai mmrpg is. This is also an industry standard when it comes to high fantasy because it requires more exposition to investigate the world, but other people might prefer the faster pacing and action/ dialogue heavy writing for this type of fiction.
Grammar: the spelling needs a good going over. I found quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes while reading.
Character: This may be down to a style preference, but I like to see more emotional depth in characters and I do a lot of work when it comes to developing my own characters. Reading this felt more like the MC was playing a horror game, which, again, could be what the authour is going for as this isn't technically a psychological horror which would be more in line with my preferred hyper-realism when it comes to characters.
So, I have nothing against the story, it just wasn't for me so it's a solid 4 stars from me.

This features too much gore and body horror for me, but if you're looking for a story about a struggle to survive featuring that, this is the story for you. The flow of the story felt a bit rough at times but with a sanity theme and some grammatical issues it's hard to be sure how much of that is intentional.
Overall while not my thing it was definitely emotive and the fights felt creative.  I really do feel obliged to warn you though, if gore and body horror bother you this probably isn't the story for you.
