When a force of augmented soldiers successfully took down an enemy leadership cell for the Paramountcy in Power, Alex Marlboro, the gritty female commander of Team Cerberus was certain the perks and rewards would soon tumble in.

But as their celebration was well underway, events turned macabre and twisted.  The squad dissolved.  Then one by one, team members went missing.  Targeted.  As deep tragedy struck her friends and loved ones, Alex was forced to confront the shocking truth about their patrons . . .
