Now Marianna must find something to sate her new body's requirements, and hopefully a way back to her world. After all, who's going to manage the store while she's gone?
Currently doing a rewrite. Finished rewritten chapters and new chapters will be tagged [Rewrite] so that it is clear where I'm up to with the rewrite. When I wrote this, I was new to writing, so I find a lot of mistakes with the story, the grammar, and typos. Expect much improvement between the rewritten and existing chapters.

- BlackguardRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A promising new Dungeon Core story with interesting concepts.
As always when it comes to Dungeon Core stories the best things come from our poor core thinking something up and having it twisted by the system. The enemies are unique and the need for tactics in battle is appreciated.
The main character is a joy to read about and the losses she experiences hit the reader hard (lookin at you ya sneaky cat-snake.)
I wish there was just a bit more world-building and it seems that's being handled right now in the story, so as-is it seems my biggest complaint is already being addressed.
Give this a shot if you like the "they-re so innocent they create monsters" type of Dungeon Core. - JeanDRaccRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Well. What would you expect of a dungeon story that is lighhearted. But different from delta from epic puns this morals have repercusions in a more direct manner.
Marianne our dungeon works hard on trying. Although not smart she isn't an expert when doing her management job and makes some mistakes. It's part of the story and probably the char growth.
How will she adapt towards a survival quest in which she will be forced to eat what she morally hates. What will her interesting pet play in the new chapters? Where is the prince that will save her?
What kind of singer ahould ae invite to the valse for the story to dance with?
Grammar: 4 up. Enough and very good to read.
Style: 5. Nice prose and writing. Also tables and alerts show you messages that inmerse you in the story.
Character: Around 4 and raising. Because our MC and dungeon is a bit naive ypu could confuse this with idiocy. But it is perfectly normal in the setting. She will grow woth the story and that's something that gives her dimension.
Story: 4 and rising. I expect this to be growing quick by the author's hand. It has a plot which started simple. I expect since it is an interactive story it can become better by user input and a listening author. - MeloncholyRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As someone who has only seen japanese translations of the Dungeon genre, i actually quite like it. Mr. Author is quite receptive to feedback and that brings it from a four to a five for me :3
- MrHrulginRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As of chapter 8, this is an interesting story. The characters each have personality and the idea of a dungeon that repudiates her insticts while still needing to eat (unlike
There Is No Epic Loot Here, Only Puns, where there seems to be no cost to being a friendly dungeon) is one that definitely has some untapped potential for exploration. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing where this goes. - Redeyes EclipseRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I love how this novel choice on dungeon mechanics. Dungeon cores are said to have the power of an elder dragon. And this novel implemented eastern mechanics to a western genre. I love the mc and the other secondary mc cockiness. All in all a perfect score.
- SlapsalotRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I do enjoy having a MC that isn't an absolute genius. I like that Mari has to find her own way in this new world, and that she isn't the stereotyped know it all that can somehow make guns with minimal effort (*cough* arifureta *cough*). I also like that Mari is struggling against her morals as a person to sate her dungeon body requirements.
The style is unique for dungeon stories.
The grammar is great as far as I can tell.
The story is interesting, and author san has already set us up for a few different BBEGs, and I like that kind of foreshadowing.
Of course, I love the characters. Mari, again, isn't an idiot but she isnt the smartest person in the world. Without spoiling too much, that means she has to rely on others for help and explanations.
Great job, author san! Im waiting for more! - unculturedRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5You want a light, easy-going Dungeoncore adventure, easy to read, something to sneak a few chapters of at work? Something witty enough, with a good thread of character running through the antics?
This, my friend, is your story. - ZhaernonRoyal Road★★ 1.5As far ahead as I have read, the story doesn't really diverge from standard dungeon tropes.
There is a slightly unique take on how the dungeon sees or what they even are, but outside of that, everything seems pretty standard, which would net the story 3 stars, but...
The MC is a scatter-brained, easily distracted to the point of it being nearly deadly, idjot that would rather play around than think about basic survival needs.
While that's how the titular Cannibalism comes into play, that's still probably the most lacklustre and disappointing way of it coming to be one could figure out.
It also takes them a lot of time to figure out the most basic of things, which only cements my opinion here.
Unfortunately, that also kills the story for me. And if the story is to have any actual coherence afterwards, next thing happening should outright kill the MC, for with such an obvious lack of any self-preservation instincts, their luck is sure to run out soon enough.
TL;DR
Don't expect much from the story, expect a very disappointing MC.
Grammar and style are okay.
