C7: Lite - Contracted to another world.

About: The world was normal until a portal set across different dimensions appeared on the surface of the earth. Each government kept the portal hidden from the public and continued testing. With time, they formed a secret coalition called the United World Defence Force, with the first man to set foot in the other world. Beautiful as earth, a place of oddities that define the logic of our realm, a world of pure imagination and strange quirks that lie in every plane of the dimensional world, with scouting the worlds to find intelligent beings. But with some groups of inhabitants knowing the existence of the portals, locals were informed. Everything went very well, until suddenly, all contact was lost on all colonial posts, and all of the portals to Earth only led to one of the areas, the Colonial 7 Region, with the remnant of the Colonial 6 group also left. With no communication to other bases and an ice storm enveloping their position, escaping and venturing outside is difficult.

This story I wish to see what could, and could have happened when another world was open, what about the fanatic of the second life? what about the depress and whom wish upon the self-pleasure of another life? how would magic and political world react to such endeavour? As the, we will see.
