Butcher of Order [WRITATHON CHALLENGER, APRIL 2025]
Community Rating
Description
In a world where there are more tainted than pure, would you keep your virtues, or succumb to sins?
When gods represent evil, with the virtues just as corrupt, where should one find solace?
To answer his doubts, a man, a mere mortal, dares to challenge everything in his path.
If the world is dirty, then he would clean all it's filth.
And finally, when he rids of the shackles disguised as “order,” maybe then…
True hope, and salvation—a chance for a better world—will be born.
Content Warning: Gore, Violence, Profanity, Crimes, etc.
>>>This story will be full of dark/heavy topics, so be prepared to see the worst of humanity. Then, let's enjoy all of the scum being killed by Zethir (or others), muahaha! Of course, the protagonist doesn't always win, and villains doesn't always lose.

- whenthebelltollsRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Despite the topics being heavy, I felt compelled to leave a review just to leave a note about the satisfaction I get from reading this author’s writing style. It isn’t very descriptive with long paragraphs, etc. but it’s descriptive enough to set the scene. It is super satisfying to read - there’s no other way to put it.
Note the chapters are unedited so there’s some basic typos that need to be fixed to elevate it, but you know this going in. That’s why the grammar rating is lower than all the others, but it’s still good.
So far, it’s easy to follow along and the characters are likeable, as well as their dynamics. As of now, I am only on chapter 10, so the synopsis mentions haven’t been hit on yet, but I am intrigued to follow along. Hope the story is fully fledged out, since I see there isn’t really an update schedule.
Just leaving this to encourage the author to keep going. I really enjoy reading this and am impressed with the sentence structure, wording, and style, even if it’s unedited. There’s nothing else to say just need to make the word count now, but recommend trying this out!
