Ezra Holloway and Vincent McCleary move out West to claim their fortunes during the height of the Gold Rush. Down on their luck, and desperate, they'll do anything to provide for their destitute families. If you like  LitRPG and Westerns, this just might be your ticket. The LitRPG elements are revealed slowly over time. They are introduced in the initial chapter, but subsequently are only hinted at in the earlier chapters and reemerge later.

This is a long, slow burn story with a strong focus on character and worldbuilding. But there's also plenty of danger and action as well. If that's your glass of whiskey, then saddle up partner, for a thrilling ride!
