Description

Barely managing to escape, she had only a moment of reprieve before being captured by the Kaldria city-state and pressed into military service, consigned to fight and die against Demons on the country's behalf.

Sent to fight in a ruined, demon-infested city, in a land full of people and beasts that wouldn't bat an eye should she die. To what lengths will Eliza go to survive?

I don't usually write reviews but I felt like this novel could use some extra attention especially considering the great care and effort that seems to have been put in this work.
While the basic premise isn't particularly original it is a great starting point for the much more elaborate and interesting characters which from what I've red so far have been fairly likeable with a lot of space for growth and development especially the MC.
Overall I would say that this is a story with a lot of potential that for now has kept me hooked and excited for every new chapter I just hope that it gets continued so that I see how this very interesting cast of characters develop.
