Many ballads and poems are sung across the lands of Glyph, from the heavenly chorus of the Atesol and melodic strings of Omkha to the hellish beating of drums in the inner sanctums of Pime.

Many legends are told, mainly about the feats of beings which a normal man will never be, but from time to time, another ballad is written.

Not about a Kan or an ageless being, but about a regular person who just so happened to get either lucky or extremely unlucky.

Their names and tales are told across the many winds of music, some blow and scatter throughout the realm with beauty and excitement for future, and some cry out their grief in the gallows of destiny.

One such ballad follows two twins bound by a pact of blood.Sold to the highest bidder both met on a farm with no family to go back to they joined hoping to escape one day.Joining together in a pact of blood they escaped together to lands of the north.There they were brought in by a benevolent priest who's desire was to cleanse his own soul of the sins he has committed in his rich past.

As they grew, so did their talents and through the willingness of sacrifice of the elder twin ensured safety of the younger one and allowed him to create things yet not made nor found.But as the younger one grew so did the elder one, where he became the idea of freedom on the high seas.

Yet this beauty could not stay for long, as the freedom comes at the high price that both are not yet willing to pay.With the younger one having to face dangers as jealousy of others grew over his talents, and the elder one had to pay with his body, for his body has become a shell of his former self.

This is the story of two individuals trying to find themselves in a world that has mistakenly let them live, while they battle against the very ideologies and desires they have.So let them cry and let them fight, for soon enough they too will fall to the whims of fate that guide this world.
