Bear in mind that I have given this review rather early, and I am making any assumptions only from the first three chapters.
Till chapter 3 it looks like it will be a  satisfying, bully-defeating, highschool-prodigy kind of power fantasy, which is quite satisfying and cathartic, if you had a bad middle/high school experience.
It is, however, definitely not a story about Spiderman. At least not yet. The protagonist got isekai'd into the body of Peter Parker in a generic marvel universe that is a mix of the most famous spiderverses. The MC expresses explicitly that he does not wish to do Spiderman things, and rationalizes using his power for personal gain/defense/profit/satisfaction. He resolutely rejects the concept of 'great responsibility', which is the cornerstone of what makes Peter Parker Spiderman. That is not necessarily bad, you can have a story that is not focused on heroics, but utilizes the universe, characters and superpowers of a superhero world.
What worries me, though, is the MC's position on the concept of heroism. You can tell that both the MC and the author (btw the MC is an obvious self-insert imo) have a disdain for the idea of selflessness. I think it can be described with the DnD alignment system, in that on the axis of Good-Evil the MC is Neutral, but the way the narration rationalizes it, it's like the author is trying to convince us that he is Good but not stupid. That might just be me, but let me give some examples of worrying flags I have seen.
In the summary, the MC's deviation from canon is characterized as 'what a normal person would do'. While I agree that Peter is more heroic than the average person, flat-out dismissing the possibility of using one's powers for Good is not necessarily what a 'normal' person would do, imo.
In the second chapter, Peter's heroism is called 'misguided'. The 'great responsibility' is aggressively called a naive principle. The narration states that the state should be the one fixing things, and when that doe

When you're a genius, and not quite...
So you're Peter Parker with the powers and genius, but also an Indian special forces guy.
What do you do with all that? Apparently, almost nothing.
Not following the original's mistakes in donning a silly costume and getting hurt saving people for scorn.
Not making money using all that genius, inventing and registering patents.
No picking up girls or wowing them.
No great displays of maturity or brainpower (it's tell rather than show there).
Not busting gangs and taking their cash.
Busting bullies in mostly self-protection. Removing a threat to uncle, and thinking of how to get cash for that standard tragedy story - cancer in the family.
Reacting rather than being proactive. Acting within the rules, when you have powers. Not using any 'special forces' expertise - honestly, probably a plus. The number of 'assassin' stories is ridiculous, their contents barely less so.
It's not bad, it's not even illogical.
The story thus far is just a bit boring. Especially the third-party interludes.
The Marvel background is almost entirely missing thus far.
Maybe it gets better in later chapters...

The book has lot of potential, but unfortunately wasted by the mc's personality and other things.
    Spoiler:
First of all, I feel like I am reading someone acting like a peter parker but morally inclined towards a little more violence. The other part of him who is supposed to be the special forces guy is rarely shown. Maybe occasionally to scare some bullies. In the latest chapters for example, he is from the military but struggle against killing people who literally shot his friend in front of him? I know he fused with the OG Peter but this is just ridiculous.
Secondly, Peter Parker is one of the most brillant mind in the marvel universe, and the Indian guy fused with him, his memories, his abilities, his powers, he received them all. With such genius, he would have found something better, and less time consuming to make money in order to help his uncle who is dying from cancer. Hell, even with the indian's memory, he could have found something useful inside with Peter's super memory, like simple books or inventions that existed in his original world and then sold them for a lot of quick bucks.
Thirdly, I said it in a previous comment and I will say it again. Some characters in this fanfic are frustrating, especially one of the lastest introduced, Magneto. Basically, he had to catch a pretty boy who can literally stop time, he knew the information beforehand and the threat that it can be, and what does he do?
He brings a little pyromaniac with a lighter and a blue woman to catch the fricking time stopper. God, he is Magneto, the same guy with a gigantic brotherhood of mutants behind his metallic ass. Even the antisemitic Magnus and his giant hubris knows that catching a time stopper is some serious matter. The real him would have probably brought a whole squad of useful mutants to restrict the time stopper's powers.
And not a pretty blue alien and a kid with a lighter. This fanfic has so much potential and I hope the author the best to improve his work.

MC is not really interesting, the focus of the story is all over the place, MC has both his soldier memories and Peter's but the first idea for making fast money is... doing tryouts for the school basketball team...
too many chapters are dedicated to fucking basketball AND the premise for it is stupid as fuck. sorry, no. not worth it.

Language wise and grammar wise it's good. But that's about it. Story wise, character development wise it's a hindi soap opera. A story that dragged you along but don't necessarily go anywhere but at the same spot. Sorry, MC just suck at being an MC. Language wise and grammar wise it's good. But that's about it. Portrayed a special forces operative as a whiny panicked little girl. That and the overuse of exclamation points!!!!! Is super annoying. Making assumptions about the world immediately after stating that it seems to be a blend of Marvel worlds, without looking ANYTHING up to see if things in this world match what he knows. Not to mention having a soldier immediately say he doesn't care about helping people and that he will leave them to rot is complete crap.
