Avatar: Chaos Water.
Community Rating
Description
Water is part of our body, they say it is life, but in the hands of our protagonist it becomes the most dangerous poison, the deadliest weapon and the most unpredictable thing.
Blood control, water temperature control, steam to fight and ice to throw! Have you stopped feeling your fingers? Oops, now they're purple, too bad. Want to emulate a certain super soldier? I'll make you popsicles or give you popsicles!
Water is quite unpredictable and ever-changing, and although much of it was explored in the original series, Shisui has an idea of the interesting things you can do with this element.
But before all that fun, why the hell was a Waterbender born in the Fire Nation?

- DarK137Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0This fanfiction is a masterpiece that exceeds my expectations in every way. The writer has skillfully captured the essence of the original characters while giving them a fresh and exciting twist. The plot is cleverly crafted, keeping readers hooked from start to finish. I loved how the relationships between characters are explored in new and creative ways, without losing the charm that drew us to the original universe. What impressed me most was the writer's ability to delve into the emotions and motivations of the characters, adding depth to their personalities. Each scene is carefully thought out to keep readers fully immersed in the story. Additionally, the narrative style is smooth and easy to follow, making it a pleasure to read. The writer has a special talent for conveying intense feelings through their words. In summary, this fanfiction is a must-read for any fan of the original universe. It's emotionally intense, engaging, and leaves you wanting more.
- FOULdragonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I didn't think I'd have any interest in this story initially, but I was curious so I figured why not. I'm glad I ended up taking the plunge because the story has been surprisingly addictive. Everything so far has been taking place before the Avatar's release up to the point I've read but I have a feeling that's about to change soon. Unfortunately I've already caught up to current chapters so it's not something I can prove with certainly yet with my obsessively unhealthy reading habits.
What I'm most impressed by honestly is how well done the pacing is for this story. The time you spend in each point of time feels like it's just the right amount and not like it's being dragged out for padding. You get your chunk of story, then the author moves along with a time skip just before it might feel like it's overstayed it's welcome. I've watched the first avatar series growing up but hadn't really watched the one with Korra. I feel like knowing a bit about the Avatar the last Airbender show is somewhat important to fully enjoying this story but surface level knowledge is enough. There's occasionally references to possibly important characters that maybe might've featured as important roles involving the Korra series, but it's vague enough that I'd be satisfied with a simple Google search if I wasn't lazy.
TLDR: If you watched Avatar the Last Airbender while growing up or even recently and enjoyed the crap out of it like I did, give this story a shot. Basic knowledge of the first series is a good idea to have in order to fully enjoy this story, but you can get by just fine being completely ignorant of the second series involving Korra. Story is well paced and addicting to read. - OsheRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really like ATLA fanfiction and I'm struggling finding one with this kind of development and not just romance. I really liked how the author approached the big problem name Lord Ozai🤣🤣🤣. I like how this fanfiction explore the use of chi which various anime, manga, and novels portrays. It's so good and quenched my thirst for ATLA fanfiction, I hope this will not be discontinued and be updated. You are great author, just keep doing what your doing!
- huspRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I can’t quite explain how good this story is without going in depth and I’m too lazy to do so. At first I was upset with the mcs actions, but the story explains the reason he acts the way he does masterfully. The way the world changes because of the knowledge he shares is so exquisite, that it could be served to Gordon Ramsey on a dirt floor in an outback and he would weep tears of joy.
Overall, super awesome story.
