A bassist and former teen star struggles with addiction, alcoholism, and depression. He has long been in love with the lead singer of his band, but this is a love that remains unrequited. Trying and failing time and time again to regain control over his life despite his problems, he must learn to confront them: to accept himself and what he has in order to move forward.
