Great read. The author does a wonderful job painting the pictures with words. Excellent job defining acronyms in the context of the story. Fun read. Cockroaches, ants, humans...Zeke has to figure out not only why his buddy sent him to sure death, but what he now must do to survive in this strange world.

This story is absolutely great.  I've taken to reading this one immediately after chapter drop each day because I enjoy it so much.  It's got good action, wacky and wild abilities, creative enemies, and all sorts of fun stuff.  Just read it.
Style:  Yes.  It's fast paced and strikes a good balance between not being overly serious and gritty, but neither going too far into comedy/wacky land.  There's all sorts of wild enemies and such out there, but they present serious and real danger that Zeke will have to overcome.
Story: I mean, I'm only at the start, but it seems great so far.  Apocalypses battle it out to see who remains while Ryan tries his best to stop them.  Is there a ton of plot yet?  No, but it's chapter 16.  However, there's enough of it for this stage of the game and overarching problems pluss unsolved puzzles to deal with, so I assume it'll be good going forwards as well.
Grammar:  Great.  This author does a good job of avoiding and correcting any potential grammatical issues
Characters:  The character's we've seen so far have been engaging and have decent depth.  Zeke is just trying to get by, and he's not going to let anyone stop him from doing so.  Ryan has some serious ORV energy, and serves as a good counterpoint to Zeke.
In summary, I strongly reccomend thsi book.  It's good.  Plus I hear that only dinguses don't like it.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this novel to be this good. It completely blew my mind with how much personality the characters have and how it just keeps getting better and better as it goes on and how it just makes my heart beat a hundred miles an hour with the action. I would recommend this novel to anyone looking for a rollercoaster ride.

This story is an adrenaline-fueled ride that delivers a perfect blend of fantasy, post-apocalyptic chaos, and progressive storytelling. With Zeke's journey from weakness to strength, the recent captivating fusion of skills, and the relentless challenges he faces, this novel keeps readers on the edge of their seats. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the thrilling action and immersive world-building make it an incredibly satisfying read that will leave fans of the genre craving for more.

This story is quite enjoyable. The powers are fun, the non human characters are unique and concept in it self is interesting. All this I thought until the first major character interaction, and it became obvious that that isn't the authors strong point. They simply don't act situational appropriate. Like far from it.
    The most grievous examples are:
Mia, one of the main characters and the MC's love interest confronts her best lfriend who just an hour earlier tried to kill the mc -who is the best friend of them both- in a brutal fashion, like, deliberately and repeatedly. And after he tries to kill the mc again her response is: Compassion?? It's in a maner I would find appropriate if the two of them had a long history of fighting and she is the usual mediator and is like "Uh why do you guys always have to fight!" Not after acold blooded murder attempt?!
And it's the same with all the characters. The Thugs are thugging, even in the fkn apocalypses- and then a second time. And a bad employer acts like a bad employer also in the middle of the apocalypses.
It's like all them only do what the plot demands. A deeper character motivation is hard to find.
And it's still a enjoyable read, especially if there are no other characters to be interacted with. But if that is something you want or you have problems ignoring then this is not the right story for you.

There's nothing bad about this novel. Some parts are interesting, but short lasting.
The premise isn't the best. A guy who loves this damsel-in-distress, will go rogue because she is dead and there's nothing left for him in this empty world, hence he kills everybody. It hasn't happened yet, but that's what i can describe about the main plot. Subplot however quite interesting. The monster designs are innovative, not really being explored enough or with any interesting backstory, but for a speed reading it's quite good.
I wont give it 3 stars because it's really not that bad. But definitely will not give 5 because it's just not there in terms of execution or design.

I didn't enjoy the humor, which is entangled perfectly with the concept and writing. The story lives and breaths the absurd nature of each apocalypse, and its main character seems so far to just bounce from one apocalypse to the next, almost everything is one.
It's a very well written alice in wonderland esque story, with mind bending abilities and action scenes. Some apocalypses are just better than others at being an apocalypse. I think it's a fun concept, that I would have enjoyed more if it had been a less comedic one. I don't really find anything in it funny, and that's why I don't think this is for me.

Interesting twist to the system apocalpyse concept. With the MC being an apocalpyse.
Unfortunately it kind or marred by the side characters. The MC's friends.
The girl, Mia, is completely incoherent and just cant pick up what is going on and keeps acting confused and unsure. Maybe its a realistic reaction, you might argue, but its just written in a way that is annoying and grating. She's anime level dumb and a waste of a love interest. I am truly dissapointed in Zeke for even liking her.
As for Ryan, the other friend. He's being setup as his rival and antagonist. His situation make him an interesting foil for the MC. But he also a bit incoherent and not right state of mind. I think its a waste as if only he could make actually effetive plans that actually harm the MC.
All in all, its junk food. There isn't much depth to the story. But if you just to burn time, its still pretty nice junk food.

Really liked it up until the ending. Felt super rushed at the end and none of it was nearly as flushed out as the beginning/middle of the book. However the beginning was great and I had a lot of fun reading it over the course of however many months I spent reading this novel. 3.5/5 would def read again.
