First of all, as the title would suggest, I love this concept. It took me all of about 2 seconds to realize that reincarnating Lu Bu in a System world was a phenomenal idea. In fact, I'm constantly fighting to NOT abandon my current projects and write "Romance of the 3,000 kingdoms," with the drama and strife of Luo Guanzhong in a Dune-esque feudal inter-planetary space society! Anyway... Now I don't have to because this scratches that itch for me as a reader.
On to execution: well done! When I read isekai, I often get bored with the MC's introspection and feeling new feelings around them. This solves that early on by giving me enough strange things to latch onto and ask questions of why that is. It hints at a bigger interesting setting and it begins to deliver on that in what I've read so far.
Small note (writer take it or leave it): the first few chapters could benefit from a few less adjectives. I think I read the word "strange" a few too many times in short order and it jumped me out. Plus the tone is already strange so we don't need it. Writer clearly has an incredible vocabulary on display in other parts I've read so either leverage that or go with a less is more approach. I called that both style and grammar hence the half stars off there. Otherwise, when I take my writer hat back off I'm able to just keep breezing through pages and enjoying the ride.
Here's the best part: Lu Bu's voice. Damn I love this so much. It's giving somewhere between Karsa Orlong (if you're an Erikson fan) and Chris Hemsworth Thor (if you're a Marvel fan). It takes a pretty standard story and makes it so much better. We've probably all read snarky systems but the interplay between Lu Bu and his straight-edge orb-thingy is so much fun. It carries the story when there are few people the isekai'ed MC would reasonably be interacting with.
Good pacing and good mix of action, introspection, and dialogue. Just good story.
Keep it up! Enjoying it. 5 stars. Everyone should read it.

The whole concept of a cyberpunk universe is also super interesting to me and seeing how a cultivator navigates this environnement is very entertaining.
I recommend it even if it's still in the early chapters.
