    This webnovel is very good, if you want a fanfic with  a pokemon as the MC, I can only encourage you to try.
    So far (chap 17) so good. It take pokemon and with it create a good story, I am impatient to read more.
    If the story keep it quality, it will be very good.

    Reincarnated as a shiny umbreon. As far as reincarnations go, that's a good pokemon to be. Imagine if you were a wurmple or something.
    Anyway, this is a good story from the get-go. Smaller chapters, which is alright. Slow, nice pace. Clearly informed on pokemon. As far as fanfics go, this is a good one.

    It has basically everything I would hope from a reincanated-as-pokemon story: satisfying cuteness, lighthearted plot, pokemon PoV, invokes the original.
    The world is built on the pokemon lore and sticks to it where it matters. Where there are deviations it's basically just slightly less simplified and a reinterpretation of what it takes to make the pokemon world actually plausible. In fact some of the few gripes I have is that it sticks slightly too tightly to the source and some things still don't pass the sanity test. If you ware fine with regular pokemon though, it's not a big issue.
