- luda305Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5It's fine. I couldn't get into it, but it seems to be competently written. A few thoughts given that the synopsis is so barebones.
First, nearly every character is a child or teenager. Which is weird because they occupy the highest positions of rulership and magic.
Second, the magic is interesting. Most magic is what I'd call witch-like, and requires reagents. But, there are four persons who have a conceptual domain within magic and are far more powerful.
Third, a year ago, an invasion into the realm by pseudo-humanoid dragonkin ended. The big baddie was defeated. And the story picks up with his right-hand man coming back.
