The main character keeps getting into what he considers to be absurd situations and everyone else considers to be a grave deadly scenario.
Will his trusty dead phone, pen, and the clothes on his back allow him to survive?
Everyone else is in a serious monster hunter-ish political game story and the main character is still in shock and hasn't overcome culture shock.
Obviously, he missed the memo to always carry a towel. 😉
