- MirpletRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Overall: The story is still young but after reading through it, I found it rather entertaining and with a lot of potential. There are a lot of interesting ideas and I think it would be worth a read.
Style: The style is honestly rather general. WHICH IS NOT A BAD THING. What I mean by this is, is that it is the same style of storytelling that many people use. From what I have read there isn't a necessary focus on one thing aka comedy or action, but just a good blend of everything. And sometimes that's what you want as a reader. Not a Grim Dark or solely Comedy focus story but a well-balanced and general story you can just sit and enjoy.
Story: Again, still young but showing a lot of promise. Just six chapters in, and I found it to be a good setup, though prepare for some cliche things. In this regard is nothing terribly annoying. The author has done a nice job at introducing the world, and honestly, he got me good with those dreams.
Seriously, I though there was going to be a Time Skip at some point jumping to the MC finding himself in the actual battlefield, but it was a nope every time. The fact he kept taking longer to wake up made it feel like it was finally real, and I was like AHA! The author finally pulled the trigger. Just to get noped.
Character: Once again, still early days, but from my reading, I have no complaints. Much like the story, the MC feels balanced, which is nice, and doesn't feel like they are leaning too far into a character trope. It is just a guy who is suddenly gaining magic powers.
Grammar: I didn't find any issues. Could there have been some? Maybe, no one is perfect. I just didn't see any. - The CuratorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0hat came out of nowhere and completely floored me XD! Definitely worth the follow!
'In the meantime, Erend, I’d like you to go stand in the corner,” Professor Abrams said apathetically, leisurely pointing Erend toward the corner.'
I’m really curious to see what class he’ll get and how the professor reacts! - Mr~oRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5For now, the book has only a few chapters, so it's hard to give a full review, but what I've read so far has left me wanting more. The action scenes with Erend are intense and well-detailed, especially the moment when he takes down the knight in the mud, cleverly using the terrain to his advantage. It’s a standout scene that showcases the character’s ingenuity in combat. I’m intrigued to see how the connections between his dreams and reality will unfold, and I’ll be keeping an eye out to keep reading and better understand the universe of the story.
