A Defender's Rage

Adrian Holcaster died saving someone else. Lying in the street with a knife in his gut, his only real thoughts were that he wished he had longer and that he didn't want to make the people he loved sad. Waking up in the body of Eres von Hytheiem, third son and forgotten child of a Duke, was not what he had in mind when he wished for a longer life though!

Now with the memories of his previous life merging with his current, and a Blessing handed to him by the God's of this world, he is going to do everything he can to enjoy a world of swords, magic and monsters! He will have to master this Defender blessing to protect allies and defeat enemies, all while trying to work out who he is and who he wants to be!

One thing is for sure though, with a new life and a new world ahead of him, is he going to let himself get involved in dangerous situations, instead of staying safe like he should have last time? Of course he is, he can't just turn away! Lets hope he makes some friends along the way to keep him out of trouble, or at least drag him up when he ends up neck deep in it!

What to expect: A relaxed weaker to stronger story, with some stakes on the line when the going gets tough. A support character learning to protect those he wants to protect with his power and with everything he has. First arc starts in childhood, but from the second arc he is an adult, and polyamorous romance will become a large part of the story, but action and adventure will almost always be within the scope and focus.
