A Broken Being

The mortal realm is on the brink of chaos. Powerful factions prepare for war, while the gods plot in the background. Ancient organisations and cults rise from the shadows, using the distraction to gather more power. Bloodshed seems inevitable.

The main character of this story doesn’t care about all that.

Vindict shouldn't exist. A being that could barely be described as sentient, doomed to float forever along the endless rivers of the Abyss. But then something unexpected happened: He opened his eyes.

Now that he has a body, he is eager to explore the wonders of the mortal realm. So much to experience! So much to see! But soon reality sets in. This world is a brutal struggle for survival, where one misstep can get you killed. To make matters worse, factions have taken notice of this new being. Some want to kill him, others want to recruit him. But one in particular has set its sights on him. Vindict’s creators want to talk to him.

But no matter what happens, Vindict will fight tooth and claw for this new life. Secret organisations, gods, demons, none of them are ready for what is about to come.
