Description

["Subject P4, enter the combat testing area."] That was my life, four white smooth walls in a small room where I could sleep... A gigantic metallic door that only opened to a thirty by thirty adjacent room where I would fight or solve logic puzzles, and the occasional time attack race. If I managed to defeat my enemies in combat tests I got to eat and integrate their designs, if not I would get slurry nutrient paste instead. That was until after a combat test I managed to [Trigger] the generation of a Mana Core and got away with it, that opened my world...[The System] gave me the tools to fight my way to freedom. Now I only need to make sure I can keep this [Freedom] and carry on the only thing I left in my [Core] after escaping...The prime directives that were useful in my survival. [Eat, Grow, Evolve] This is my love story to [Super Minion], I really liked the idea of a bio weapon discovering the world at large in a world with superpowers, so I tried to write one about it. The schedule should be Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday... Central Time at 13:15 Warnings:There may be depictions of gore at some point (MC isn't human and does not have qualms about eating people...Nor things), as it does not have the same moral compass as a normal human, I did put the flag for gore, and sensitive content as my MC may toy with those things in the future... If I do not end up using that I will remove the sensitive content flag. But most than likely that will stay. And the final warning, English isn't my mother language, so bear with me, please.

Character development could be a bit better (more 3d) but overall a great read, I already love the story and I am excitedly waiting for more. You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into this world, and the author has outdone themselves. It starts off slow but then starts to pick up steam at around chapter 10ish. I would recommend giving this one a shot as I think it has a bunch of potential in the coming chapters to really shine.

Made it to ch.38 and liking it a lot so far!The first bit starts off from the perspective of a bio weapon that’s basically a machine, that thinks like one too. As our villain/victim/experiment consumes more, and gains a personality, the writing changes to reflect it!Interesting story with a cool writing approach to match!

I love the Mc. That love is complex but it's love. The world building is on point and the author is really good at conveying how simplisticly complicated the world is for the Mc. Keep it up! There are some minor grammatical errors, but I feel like most of those would come out in editing. Things like sneaked instead of snuck.

The book is a fun and engaging read, filled with exciting adventures and captivating characters. The world-building is imaginative, and the plot keeps you hooked from start to finish. The magic system is new and interesting and I enjoy the the antics by Alexa learning of Humanity. I cant wait for the next large fight arc and to se what/ how Alexa grows and evolves over time.

This story is truly excellent and a love letter to [Super Minion]. While it shares many similarities, the MC and others characters are completely different and avoid being mere imitations. The biggest problem is that, because the story is slow and each day takes a lot of chapters, the author sometimes forgets what happened before. For example, one day she discussed how to call her other form with a character, and the very next day she had the same conversation with that same character.

I've been finding the story fun so far.Crab decides to try being a human and learns how they brutally control the box shaped creatures she previously thought were the ones in power.Lots of fun shenanigans from a character with a very unique mindset trying, and partially failing, to understand people.

The story does a good job explaining the thoughts of subject p4 as they slowly develop feelings after adapting the fleshy vessel of humanity. The dialog at the beginning feels clunky with the children and teach but this starts to smooth out near the later chapters. I like how you touched on the people concept of systems in your novel, until it was brought up I didn't even link the Mc and main core in that way.

    I love it so far.
The author creates their own take on Super Minion with a MC that is a bioweapon that takes on the form of a little girl. At the beginning there is a lot that looks like a duplicate of Super Minion, I was worried that the story was going to deteriorate when author caught up with super minion's storyline; however, I feel like the differing paths and changes the author is making with the MC and secondary characters is creating it's own path. Pros/cons and recommendations below:
    Pros
    - Story has strong source material; Super minion was an extremely good premise of a story and was highly original
    - MC is interesting and has varying personalities that is keeping things fresh
    - Author has included some of their own characters that could very easily be expanded on to better develop the story
    - Author and MC are very quirky and this gives twists and turns that you don't expect
    Cons
    - Too much reliance on source material; even the plotline keeps going in the same direction as super minion and author seems to rely on this too much for new ideas of story direction
    Recommendations
I only included one main con because it is THE con with this story. The author started with the template of super minion, and, while the author is doing their own thing in a lot of different ways (I like what you did with the personality shifts, the secondary characters, and the shift with Sam). I think you need more courage in branching out in a new direction story-wise. This story is going well, but it needs to grow past it's cocoon.
If you need ideas for new story content, look at other superhero novels and how they develop characters and superpowers.
Villain framework: Power - Personality - Background - Motivation
Villain motivation creates the storyline and villain's plan -> MC is brought in needing to foil the plan before X happens because of it -> Battle ensures -> MC wins (bonus points if there's a twist, new strategy, or funny way the MC wins) -> Villain returns to the shadow

Lot of story beats that will be recognized from the insperational material but origional in every way that countsI love this story becouse it fills my power fantasy dreams of biomechanical shapeshifting. The longer it goes on the more i see the story deviate in fun and interesting waysIm excited to see where this goes.

We have a bio-weapon whose single minded effort to get stronger and escape, lucks out and is able to do so by mimicking a human child. Now we have a story where we can explore humanity and what it is that makes a human. Except, the bio-weapon doesn’t think like a human and doesn’t realize it even needs to do so. Sometimes it’s even funny.
Coupled with an uneven, manic style of writing where we have several over-arcs and almost-characters from the authors other story and this occasionally devolves into a confused mess. However, where the story is good, it is very, very good. Just be aware it’s sometimes a tough slog.
Not sure I can recommend it if you haven’t read part/all of his other work ‘I will strive beyond this cursed bloodline’.
