Worlds Collide: The Great Game

Description

This is going to be an extremely long series. I've planned for it to have at least 2 books and 3 if everything goes well, with each book having multiple volumes. Readers can expect multiple different worlds with a new perspective at RPG power system. The plot is extensive, woven across multiple worlds with eons of planning, all to say, you'll have to be patient. There will be occasional comedy along with a spice of awesome fight sequence.

Countless worlds collide, only one will take it all.

Family fighting on hopeless frontlines, comrades dead, friends lost, enemies unrelenting, fate shackled, ambitions grinded to dust, Laurent Stryder, a young beast tamer who had lost everything, finally fell during the desperate Ruler’s battle.

Fortunately for him, he seemed to have gotten a second chance at life. With a system dissimilar from everyone else, he woke up four months ago before all hell broke loose, when the Great Awakening took place.

It wasn’t just a second chance at life as even his sealed potential was broken through some unknown background machinations running through countless eons, possibly from the very beginning of the universe but… did it even have one? A beginning?

With memories of the future, watch as Laurent redeems his mistakes, protects his family, saves his friends, and changes the trajectory of destiny of those around him, and perhaps, of the entire universe.

Blood trickled along the sharp edge of the crimson dagger, falling off its pointy edge straight into the open mouth of clown masked Laurent Stryder.

The humanoid beast watched with dread as the clown masked man in front of him summoned his undead legion. But they weren’t normal either, every one of his undeads wore a complete set of garments and a clown mask.

He very much wanted to run, or even take his own life but he had no more strength left in him. Bright blue blood poured down half his face, soaking the thread on his lips. His vision flashed red and black as he watched the Clown slowly tread towards him.

He could barely breathe, his battered teeth doing nothing to stop the blood flowing into his mouth, tasting all metallic. With his body giving out, blood vessels rupturing, limbs spasming, the good eye already on the verge of closing, a raspy voice entered his ears, informing him of the fate he had failed to escape from as his heart pumped blood for the last time.

I am honored to be the first review for such an incredible story! I absolutely recommend this story for anyone interested in litrpg stories. This is one of the better litrpg stories on this platform, and it deserves much more visibility than it's getting. I'll break down my rankings while (hopefully) encouraging you to read this piece.
Style: The style is clear, concise, and perfectly describes the scenes. It gives me enough information to fully picture it in my head without becoming boring or dragging out the details. Additionally, there are a lot of variations in sentence structure and quotations that make this an interesting read. Some quotations are broken up weirdly (lead in is on a diff sentence than the quote), but it's still clear how they are related.
Story: I think the story thrives here a lot. The power system is pretty generic for a lot of litrpg stories, but it doesn't feel unoriginal. In fact, the author does a really great job of showing the nuances behind the system and explaining how the main character increases their stats. Additionally, when the main character first uses necromancy, the interaction is very interesting and shows the rules that bind the world.
Grammar: I rank grammar kind of weirdly, so I'm going to explain that first. Minor grammar issues are very obvious to me and quickly take me out of the narrative, but there are some occasions where the style makes the grammar seem more stylistic, even if it's technically "wrong." Here, the author's first language isn't English, so I'm going to be more lenient with rankings anyways. There are grammar issues,  but they do not take me out of the story. The author is also fully open to any feedback, and he makes all of the changes immediately. So, it's 5 stars from me. The style fits in perfeclty with the grammar, and when it doesn't, the author listens to feedback.
Character: The characters here are well fleshed out and all have very distinct personalities and ideologies. "Potential Allies" does

It was quite an entertaining read, and I had no major complaints with it save that wish it was a bit longer. I know that real life events come up that necessitate taking a break from writing, but there's still some time for maybe a hundred words here and there. That's only being said because I liked it so much.
The style was clear and concise, blending well with itself and creating a linear flow as the story progressed. The LitRPG aspects were well constructed as well, although perhaps something like italics could have been used to make the notification text clearer. There were parentheses in the book, but those can be kind of hard to spot if you've gotten into the zone and are reading rapidly. In general however, it was pretty good.
The story was well written, and clearly thought out. For this category, there was nothing that really stood out to me, both for the good and the bad aspects. Again, well done.
The grammar was on point, with a few minor errors here and there, but none of any concern.
The characters were detailed and believable, if a bit basic. At this point however, basically every character trope has been fleshed out in some form or another in fiction though, so its pretty hard to be exemplary in this category.
All in all, a great read and one that I highly recommend.

Good work, clearly has plenty of thought put into it.  Author is fleshing out setting and system behind the scenes which helps it feel complete and continuous with less plotholes and simaltaniously avoiding longwinded mechanical descriptions which would leave some bored.  Story keeps good pace at setting up events and actions to make it feel like there's no dead time in between and keep things rolling.  Story is still in character introduction phase so it might be too early to judge, but here's some encouragement to keep grinding at it.
