World of Wishes

"I will grant one wish every ten years, but there are some rules that must be followed first..."

The year is 2432 and it has been over onehundred years since a tree appeared in the center of the atlantic ocean.  The age of nuclear weapons and advanced technology has passed due to the tree's arrival. Due to the massive size and inexplicable abilities of the tree, mankind named it "Yggdrasil."
