World Build

Years down the line, historians might brand it a grand Awakening. The end of the human limit. The rise of individual power where war once was a numbers game. The physical cracking of reality. But that would come later. Chaos would come first. And there would be one person fortunate, or perhaps unfortunate, to miss it. While the structures of humanity burned with the advent of inhuman powers, scattered like wind striking fire from burning ash, Erys was absent. As reality caved before some indomitable force, those that called, perhaps unkowingly, became living holes in reality. And while his ember was stone cold, a new world governed by unfathomable laws would twist his tattered dreams into something to satisfy it's own desires. Afterall, his sleeping self called out to any world other than his. Was it so unnatural to think that as the stagnant rules of the universe frayed and snapped, one wouldn't answer back?
