People change but the scenery stays the same. The flow of time is ruthless to anyone and everyone. Old dynasties crumble and new ones rise to replace them. Emperors turn to dust in their tombs of gold. No mortal can escape the firm grasp of time. Unlike mortals, fated cultivators are able to jump out of the chessboard. The river of time can easily pull a small pebble along its relentless flow, but it must part its flow when met with a boulder. Follow the story of someone who has leaped out of the chessboard, but has lost everything in the process.
