You don't enjoy reading this, you experience it and are not sure what to think of it after.
There is not much more I can say really other than avoid this if you have problems with extremly grafic gore. - RznRoyal Road★★ 1.5This story uses a shocking premise, but it does not go into excessive gore and it is written in such a way the suspension of disbelief is lost from how many problems arise from its narration in just the prologue - such as having groundskeepers and having a family of cannibals all in on it, to the point they are raised having their 'daily meat'. All of this is in the prologue so I do not consider this a spoiler, but already this has a huge number of problems which the piece should be trying to hold our skepticism and at least try to appear plausible. The work seems intended to shock, but having never established itself in fact or maintaining the suspension of disbelief it just becomes almost pointless.
