Why can't I use Magic!?

This story is about our protagonist surviving in a world which dominated by the use of magic. What's so special about a world with magic? Well our Protagonist can't use magic whatsoever. Will je be able to compete them or will he stay a sore loser with no magic for the rest of his life?
