Walking down the halls of his college, MIU, mixed imaginations university, Anthurium Joseph, named for a tropical flower, meets someone. A new student, he assumes, but never thinks how this new boy is relevant to his future, or his past. After a troubling childhood, and a misguiding, manipulative ex, Anthurium is about done with any form of trust, and can’t even withstand a handshake without flinching. And bad enough, at his school, he is known as a cross-dresser, and perverted because he keeps his blond hair dyed hyacinth pink at the tips grown past his shoulders, and commonly wears things considered ‘girly,’ like bell-bottom, lavender colored jeans, and sequenced, collared, long-sleeve shirts.
