Adam needs to go to the toilet, seems like a normal enough affair-except the last time Adam went to the toilet he was teleported into a different reality and the voice in his head gave him a pressing task to complete(a time sensitive one)a task with high risk of death and dismemberment. But never fear! Said voice has also provided a magical bottomless healing flask which helps with the bestowing of great power! Except, it also makes you really need to go to the toilet, and every time Adam goes to the toilet, he gets teleported to a new time, place and/or reality.
