Welcome to 2613! Don't worry, the future still sucks. There's a virus out there that makes people join a cult, selling children isn't as uncommon as it should be and law and order no longer exist!

Rae has to be one of the most unlucky ones of the bunch. Only 19 but her parents got V12 (the virus that makes you join a cult where you worship a god called V), her grandmother died a few weeks later, and, oh yeah, her parents sold her because they were out of money to worship V! As you can see, she isn't living her best life right now.

She somehow escapes away from the dealer that her parents sold her to, and found an abandoned bunker from World War III. After spending weeks eating dried-up crackers, Rae decided to go to NYC, and find a way to finally go back home to Shanghai...
