This is a story of broken cycle.

A couple decades before the canon events, new enemies made sure that the canon events didn't happen at all. But fate will always find a way, even through other worlds, half-forgotten dreams and spins of the universal wheel.

And fate chose certain green haired lady to be it's agent. She had to raise her own captain from scratch though.
