War Like Mammalion Xenos, Which Ones?

The story of a young would be Emperor book worm dealing with things that are beyond his pay grade. From the failing education system to xenophobic space tyrants, he must suffer it all in hopes that his father will deal with it; unless it falls on him to fix everything instead. With science and understanding of things beyond normal comprehension comes burdens, however; will the young genius succeed in his future or be destroyed?

The rare genetic traits that aid his intellect may not be enough to spare him from the dangers that grow ever nearer. His genetic malady being a blessing and a curse, will he ever have social grace beyond that of a concrete block? Is he doomed to be a charismatic sledgehammer?
