This is a generic reincarnation story.

After dying at the hands of his loved one, a lost soul caught the attention of The Manager. Taking pity on the soul, The Manager allowed it to have another chance at life in a different world.Bearing a near-insane hatred towards his fellow men, the reincarnated soul decided to go on a quest for vengeance against the nations of men, bringing with him armies of monsters and demons to destroy all civilization. However, before he could finally obtain his revenge, he was defeated by a hero.After dying a strangely peaceful death, The Manager once again makes him an offer. Since he entertained The Manager enough, he is once again granted another life, however, this time it had a twist: he is now a girl.

I like the story! But there are several things I didn't, that I will adress at the end of the review. I like the characters and the interpersonal relationship developing between them. The gender-bending seems well executed, the author didn't just change his sex and let it be as if it's business as usual. No, the mc's mentality had to adapt to her body needs. And the fight scenes seems well thought out.
Ok what is bothering me with it, is the weak world building and how the author went the chinese novel route at chapter 9. He has something good and original, I truly hope it get better.

Just another self-insert, wish-fullfilment power-trip story where autor projects their desire to do unspeakable things to people. Also mc is an exemplary hypocrite - "OooH I cAn Do whATewER i WAnT to eVEryoNe bUt noBOdY ALloWed to rETaliAtE buHuUu".
There is two versions of the story dropped old one and rewrite, which is on indefinite hiatus. Both are equially bad.
