Completely broken characters, but broken in a good way - the comical kind, where lemon juice in the eyes is more effective than a cut-off head. It's intentionally disjointed, which is exactly where it shines.
If you're looking for an organized novel with a plot, look elsewhere. But if you want to read something that forcibly makes you enjoy yourself while reading it, look no further.

I would give this story 4 3/4 stars, but it was not written by this timeline's J.K. Rowling, and is thus, impossible.
Style. The writing style is awesome. It combines elements of VSauce ingenuity, and Welcome to Nightvale levels of weird creativity. I find it incredibly charming, and those who enjoy a bit of comedy with their possible existential dread will also enjoy it.
Grammar. Good. No mistakes so far.
Story. The story is pretty straightforward...or is it? I'm still unsure what the general plot is supposed to be. There are vampires who might be wizards that possibly came from Venus. One of them wants to start a nuclear war. It feels a little disjointed, but I believe that's by design. I'm confused in the best way, but still confused.
Characters. These characters are memorable. I don't understand their weird names, and they occasionally blur together. You can only create so much variety, but there's plenty of variety here. As a general rule: characters are weird, violent, witty and dumb. I approve. I don't relate to any of them, but this isn't that kind of story (so far). They're funny, mildly vexing, and I like them.
Overall. There are five chapters out at the time of this review. Hopefully as more chapters come out I'll be less confused, and things will be explained. Then I can fully enjoy the plot (which will hopefully get worked out) and comedy. Would recommend for fans of Welcome to Nightvale, or those who like weird, funny things. Not recommended for those with a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
P.S. I may only be confused because it's the beginning chapters, or I'm dumb, or I need to read more stories by The Grand Eye. It may be intentional. Do not let confusion stop you.
