This story has an interesting system concept. I think a mind palace with all human knowledge and the abiltity to earn skills from them is really interesting. But the execution is a bit poor, too OP given the setting. The characters actions following earning each skill is a bit too naive as well.
This type skill might make more sense and be more interesting in some kind of Isekai setting rather than modern age.
