Description
A man climbing a mountain. This seems to be the definition agreed on for 'immortal' in this world. Some people may have a higher starting point than others, but all that matters is if you make it to the top. But what comes after you make it to the top? You find a higher mountain. What happens after you climb the tallest mountain? You destroy it. This is the journey of one who seeks to become 'Unfettered'.

- Northern BadgerRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I only rarely read progression stories, but I have to say I'm thoroughly enjoying this one so far. The journey of the immortal and his young boy companion looks like it's shaping up into an exciting story. And I can't wait to see how it plays out.
Style. - The author has a snappy writing style and it flows well when reading. Each chapter makes you want to go to the next one, and I had to stop myself from reading to write this review. And already, there are a lot of mystery boxes I want to learn more about in the future.
Story - At this point, the story is still in the establishment phase, though there are some hints to where it will go. With that being said, it's an interesting tale, and I find myself wanting to learn more about the young boy and his mentor.
Grammer - There are a few minor issues sprinkled through the story, but nothing that detracts from it. Overall, it's very good for a self published work.
Characters - The characters are the truth strength of this story, and the author has done an excellent job establishing them. I've enjoyed the interactions and little bits of personality that have shone through. Overall, the author has done a great job here. - ScruffedUpRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story has really short chapters, around 1k each, but they are well written and keep the story going smoothly and flow rather well together. If you are looking for an easy, light-hearted (as of chapter 11) story this will do nicely.
Style:
The story is the a Wuxia-type story, cultivation, cultivators, and a world that mimics them. So far we are rather early in the story for me to really judge how well the world is built, or even how well the themes and worldbuilding are done, but it hasn't had any glaring flaws for me to comment on. My one 'con' I would tack onto the story is that the chapters are really short, albeit it doesn't take away from the story too much as the author writes them in a way that they fit their size, instead of cutting chapters up for numbers.
4.5/5
(My general tip is that chapters should usually be around 3k words at least, but I don't judge stories by the chapter length as much as I do their other merits)
Story:
The story itself is well written, entertaining, and as of Chapter: Paradise, doing rather well. I think the shortness of the chapters is paired well with the rather relaxed nature of the story, as not much seriousness is being shown and while the chapters are short and I am in here rather early I found myself enjoying the story a decent bit. 5/5
Grammar:
I have not noticed any spelling or grammar errors. 5/5, good work.
Character:
The characters are rather early on in the story but I am enjoying them regardless. They are well written, believable and I don't get taken away from the story due to them. 5/5

Overall I like the story, usually I recommend longer chapters but the author makes it work, and keeps the story fresh and entertaining even with them. 5/5 - ZenobiaTayRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Style: Despite the chapters being relatively short, around 1k words each, they are incredibly well-written and maintain a smooth flow. The author's ability to seamlessly connect these shorter chapters creates a cohesive narrative that keeps readers engaged. If you're looking for an easy and light-hearted read, especially as the story progresses, you'll find yourself enjoying this Wuxia-inspired tale. I do think that the author should try and update more frequintly due to the short chapters as most readers won't wait too long for a story that has such short chapters.
Character: Although we are still in the early stages of the story, the characters are captivating They are skillfully crafted, displaying depth and believability. The author's talent shines through in their ability to create relatable and engaging characters who seamlessly fit into the narrative without overshadowing it.
Story: The story itself is a well-crafted so far. The author's writing is entertaining, capturing the reader's attention from the very beginning. Despite the shorter chapter length, the narrative maintains a relaxed nature that complements the storytelling. If slow and steady isn't your preferance, this story might not be for you.
Grammar: A flawless execution in terms of grammar and spelling. I couldn't spot any errors, which is a testament to the author's attention to detail and commitment to delivering a polished reading experience. The absence of distractions allows readers to fully immerse themselves in the story without any hindrances.
Overall, I must say that I enjoyed this story. While I typically recommend longer chapters or more frequent updates to combat the shorter chapters, the story remains fresh, entertaining, and captivating throughout. I do recomend the story, and hope many peole find it in the future.
