So this story has very little logic. So he killed a priest that had no explanation of why they were trying to kill him. And somehow the church is suddenly aware hes become a lich and necromancer? Unlikely. It was said EXPLICITLY that he had no idea how to move mana anywwhere but inside his body, and all of a sudden hes doing these things that require far more mastery than a former village guard should have. He only had a tattered book with half its pages missing, he should have no way of learning such things.
And then there his servents, they suddenly know their species and how the MC's magic interacts with them. They are there simply as a way to let the author give the MC an info dump of knowledge on magic, despite the fact that there is 0% chance these "undead" have any knowledge on the subject they are giving the MC answers about it.
There is also the part where the author suddenly decides "I WANT THIS" like when he suddenly decides with no prior foreshadowing to make a town. The MC is also a contradiction to his established character traits half the time, jut switching whenever the author damn well pleases. I am being harsh here because it had good chance to be better, but it wasn't executed properly.
Also the author should download grammarly, there a lot of misspelling and sentences that could have used a better structure.
    Peace,
