Description
The struggle for an interesting game has been the story of my life for quite some time. Every game I find is either too easy, not interesting or too short.
Luckily, my two brothers who match my level of skill, albeit in different areas, tend to spice things up. When I look at my older brother I have no idea how he gets anything done when he's such an idiot. Still it doesn't detract from my respect for him as a gamer, though maybe a little. When I look at my younger brother I marvel at the monster that my older brother and I created. Deadliness, craftiness and quiet, both in what he does and how he is.
When it's just us three we tend to destory everything in our path. So normally we tend to compete rather than team. Although that isn't to say we're just good as individuals. When we work together our effectiveness multiplies rather than lowering.
Well enough about us dorks.
Anyway a new VR game came out, apparently in development for quite some time. Of course my older brother decided to drive out and buy three copies. What would this one be missing? Difficulty? Depth? Length?
In any case I plan to reach the top before my brothers do. It was a competition after all.
Twoen had all three things I normally yearn for in spades.
Something I did not foresee.
A keeper

- HolyPriestRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0So far I am really liking this story. I enjoy the writing style and while I sometimes dread changing perspectives in stories, for some reason I enjoy every brother's perspective. Maybe it's because they all feel so (maybe too) similar.
So far so good, I'm interested in how this story will progress. - MadPhilosopherRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0There are very few things that i get addicted to, to the point that i actually choose it before sleep (like Manga,Light Novels,YouTube Videos, at one point i got addicted to Pacman) but this is one of them
The author has a clear view of their characters personality, The World Building is exellent so far, and every chapter is worth reading with close to no grammatical mistake.
if i have to find one fault in it is that it's so good that you keep wanting for more and you just get irritated when there's no new chapter - ManyHellosRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As stated.
Its like I'm reading my first ever VR story again.
Though I don't think most siblings are so similiar (in the feel of their perspective aka. their thoughts). But hey that's fine and all, don't change too much cause someone said something.
And as a VR this probably would get popular and be flamed by critics etc. or if you're lucky no one who red this completely hates the genre ,
On a side note I'm giving it full 5 stars to squeeze out chapters. ~Cheers.
Don't let the quality drop.
5/7 - O'kunniganRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Well, the story has almost doubled in chapters since I last wrote my comment so I figured (I'm bored) I could update it (mostly to lament over the fact that I found the series too early, and have no more chapters to read) but also to comment on something I've grumbled a bit over whether to bring up or not. There is a very distinct lack of suffering, namely the characters are just cruising through a supposed superhard supertough superevent, no set backs, no consequences, and no hardships. These things are the frikkin' fuel upon which stories run, and they are what allows the character to grow, if you are going for a positive change arc, or, deteriorate for a lack of a better word, if you're going for a negative change arc, and God forbid, incase of a flat character arc, give the character confirmation. Either way, why are the three brothers so... uncannily(unnatrually) friendly toward one another, make those bastard want to compete with one another. And don't do that shit which master-of-all-continuation-author has done where he doesn't give the character a single bad trait or habit, who the heck would feel empathy toward some flawless machine? Make those characters broken! JST is obviously feeling intellectually inferior and tries to make up for it by showing his superiority by physically dominating his peers, right?! (is he also a little unsure in his sexuality or does he just have an obsession with dicks?) MC dude is defintely a narcissist who secretly looks down upon those around him and doesn't easily accept input from others and the little spider freak, well, he's just a little freaky – and also the one who's always ignored for being the lowest in seniority, even though he hasn't done anything wrong and what he says is sound, right?! Well, anyways, just wanted to mention that, please don't rewrite though, just improve as you go along. You can think of it as a before and after transformation pic – you don't throw the before picture away until you're satisfied wi
- An.aili66Royal Road★★★★ 4.0Using the advanced review, the individual scores are almost all lower than what I feel the overall score is. It's a good read. Highly entertaining with good story concepts.
The author seems to be making some really OP main characters, but is doing it in an interesting and refreshing way. I like two of the three main characters, but don't really love be the constant POV switching. Though I don't know how to stop that without losing a lot of joy from the different personalities. The funniest is the oldest, and the most interesting is the second. I haven't been as interested in the youngest's POV to date.
I also think the pace is quick, but meandering. The starter quest hasn't been finished yet, but two side quests have. Two of the three are still buck naked, and most just barely got equipment. Hard to say it's unrealistic since it takes place in a game environment, but it does seem like they level too fast for the story, and are too strong for naked, equipment-less players.
I really want to see what happens when the brothers make it back to society. How OP are they? Will they be interviewed by game newscasters? When will they get a proper villain? Is it Hendricks, the only other player that has been introduced? If not, then 30 chapters in without a villain in sight....
Anyway, dispite my issues with it I enjoyed the read and look forward to more, so it got 4 stars.
