Treaconos

The continent of Treaconos consists of a giant landmass isolated from the rest of the world by a vast ocean on all sides that stretches as far as the eye can see. No one knows how humanity reached Treaconos because much of the technology and power used to reach it were lost in the ensuing infighting, such that no one who braves the perilous seas is ever heard from again. So much of the culture from the "Firsts" was lost that even the meaning behind the isolated continent's name is unknown which only serves to add to the enigma of how so much knowledge disappeared.  The multiple wars that followed created divisions, scarred the land and lead to a progressively more warring culture that persists to this day on the continent. Will this self-destructive cycle of war and greed continue endlessly or can peace truly be reached...
