In the year 1978 the old world ended. In this year super human beings with access to the 4th dimension known as artists were born. Now in the 21st century, our protagonist, Nial Rockford, who has lived the majority of his life under the shadow of his brother, has always felt that he was inferior to others. A "nobody" in a world full of people he believes are more important than him. However now that he has finally made it to 4th level academy, he believes the opportunity has finally come for him to move up in the world and make a name for himself. But he'll soon come to learn that the world he lives in isn't so kind as to let him do what he pleases unimpeded, and someone who already knows who he is might have different plans for him.
