  It's definitely a dairy entry style but it's not bogged down with a tune of tiny details. It's a good fast pace with enough happening that you can't wait to see what's he's going to do next.  I would really love to know what other people think of The Phoenix. A good quick read.

  Style is interesting, or it would be if it was the intro to the story only. Progress timing is bad.. from selling agripaste and stims to buying two ships in a chapter. And the character is well... very flat. The style does not make for a good platform to develop any character well.
