Humanity, blissfully unaware of the greater forces at play in the universe, continued its daily grind. Can you really blame them? After all, as the reigning champions of Earth, humans have grown accustomed to bending the planet to their will.

But then, as if the universe decided to throw a curveball just for laughs, mysterious Towers sprang up from nowhere. Suddenly, everyone's talking about these Towers. People are even venturing inside them. But why? For glory, for power, or just because they're there?

Who's behind this cosmic game of Jenga? No one knows. But here's what we do know: when it all started, and where – right here, right on our big blue marble.

I'm Kagan Smith, by no means your hero material. Just your average Joe, if Joe had a few screws missing. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but guess what? I'm the guy who's going to climb to the top of this absurd tower. Why, you ask? Maybe for fame, maybe for fortune, or maybe just because I've got nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon.
