It should have been just another day. Another shift at the local convenience store. Boring and soulless. On your phone to fight the entropy on your soul from the job. Just another day.

Sadly it isn't just another day. 'How did this happen?' you wonder. You question the world on its decision at the moment.

You run all the same even when fear and confusion plague you. Death runs behind you all the same regardless of your choices or questions. A terrible monster hot on your heels with no regard to how or why it exist in a world you knew was mundane and had nothing supernatural to it.

You run, but your body is flagging in exhaution. The howls of hunger and malice being the only thing pushing your body past injury.

And against all odd your hope arrives, though you wonder if it is really hope.

A witch who finds your struggle funny and will help you by sealing the monster away. But nothing comes free, no material prison can hold the monster back. It would escape in mere days. The solution being the monster's soul being sealed in a dead body. The problem in that solution?

The corpse will rise again, the original soul will be twisted. You must pacify the new monster. A body risen again with memories and values twisted by the other soul seal within.

"You must love her" the witch says. "Or else the person will hunt you, the seal will break and the monster will fuse with the human. Making a hunter hell bent on your death."

Can you love a corpse? Will you learn to live with the monster in a human body? Will you ever be at peace with the monster in human flesh?
