Just wanted to write a quick review as I really like this story (as well as "Where the Moon Rises"), though im not the best at writing them.
If you want to read a something with good characterizations (Both people and pokemon), awesome battle scenes, and a good story (Especially when set in the pokemon world) then I highly suggest checking this one out. Its still early days yet but if "Where the Moon Rises" is anything to go by this is gonna be another banger.

I love the Pokemon stories from this author, they really bring the world alive and bring you into the lives of the character.
I couldn't recommend their stories more for anyone who likes pokemon.
The characters are great and real people, and the story line works really well.
(Other stories by this author like where the moon rises is also recommended.)

I discovered this fanfic and binge readed it on the spot, Bug specialist story are already very rare but to find one this well written is as rare as a unicorn.
The character are well written the mc as well as the side character, the world building is phenomenal as well and give life to a world we already love, but my favorite part of the story is the fight just reading them gave me the chills i think the fight against Sierra was in my opinion the best written fight of all pokemon fanfic i've read (and i've read a lot of them).
I also really like the fact that the author respect the lore of unova while also doing it with his own original twitst on top of it.
If you like pokemon fanfic with an already established MC this is one of the best on the net.

It's started well and was very interesting but MC just became op to fast and feels like he won fight to easily that should have been closer. I mean they have him taking out a ex elite 4 like their trash. I mean these are Pokemon who where supposed to have reached the peaked level yet his bugs just walked all over them.
