What would you do if everyone had a chance to defeat even gods This is a story about a guy named " Akuma " who goes under miserable life after the whole earth changes. He sets on a journey to get stronger even with the disadvantage he was given and tries to overcome it.

it is a great start.
while i get the jist of the story
the standard: hero was strong -> hero got really weak ->hero is in a living hell -> hero got an amazing thing making him strong again ->story start
details:
this is a summ of what you wrote in my eyes:
the earth now works like an RPG (the event is called "maxim) -> the protagonist started out strong but unlucky. in addition, unlike everyone else the protagonist got weaker when he trained -> we are now 2 years after the event. people are still training to increase thier stats but our protagonist is now: weaker then a baby status-wise, had been outed by his own familly, has no money, no friends and no job. he currently lives in the woods barely surviving. the only thing that increased is his luck out of minus and into 0-> the protagonist keeps training out of depraved curiosity to see if his stats other then luck can become negetive -> after every unlocked stat reached 0 his system "broke" unlocking some of his locked op abilities.
you could do better .

in chapter 0: "The earth was a normal planet where the concept of science was prioritized"-> it is unclear if magic existed before "maxim"
you introduced a crutal "him"-> good job on adding a mystery element.
in chapter 1: "I woke up late as usual.
I saw everyone training themselves to get stronger but I hesitated to train.
I was neither lazy nor a weak minded person. If you ask me if I liked the old earth better or this one I would be choosing the old one."->this is the moment where our protagonist got introduced. i think you shot this story in the foot for not expanding the detailes here. where is he sleeping? how does he looks? what does he eat for breakfast? how does his familly treat him before the system offers to "out" him from the family?
even a day is enough to get the readers started on likeing the protagonist, and to create hateble villains.
