Time Mage? Nah Hour Mage

This is a story about a mage named ArcEmberbrow his master was a Time Mage but when the world was going to say that a new Time Mage was born itannounced that the first Hour Mage was born unlike everybody's expectations and then it announced that a new class was discovered and the classes name is Hour Mage.
