I like how the stories going so far. Especially because we don’t really know anything too much yet. We are introduced in chapter 1 with fantasy world building, but that’s about it. There are short instances where we hear about herbs with magical properties, like in chapter 9. However, in the newest chapters we learn more about the mystical aspects. It seems really thought out, and I like how there’s a power-system different to mana and instead ether. You can also tell that the perspectives are gonna change every now and then due to the newest Chapter 10.
I give it 4.5 because it’s fun to read, solid world building so far, and now we have a grasp on the magical systems and what type of world we are currently placed in. The side characters also have a sense of life and are in a sense relatable. The dialogue can have cliches sometimes, but it’s still fun to follow along. Although only a couple of chapters have come out, I must say that I enjoy reading this WN. If the writer’s writing continues to improve and expand, I can no doubt see this coming out like LOTM like Bloodbag said. Keep it up Sushi!

For someone who just started out writing, this is really good! The narrative has a depth that’s impressive for a new writer, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into the story. The characters feel well-developed, each with their own unique personalities, and the world they inhabit is intriguing and vividly described. I can’t wait for the time skips with Rancent; there’s so much potential for growth and development there, and I’m excited to see where his journey takes him.
The description throughout the latest chapters is especially notable. The way you’ve woven together the setting, the action, and the internal thoughts of the characters creates a rich, immersive experience that’s hard to pull away from. It’s clear that you have a strong grasp of storytelling and that you’re able to balance detail with pacing in a way that keeps the reader engaged. This isn’t something that’s easy to achieve, especially for someone who’s just starting out, so it’s really commendable.
All the characters have their own personalities, and it’s not something you’d get bored of reading. Each interaction feels meaningful, and the dynamics between the characters are compelling. It’s these small, thoughtful touches that make the story stand out, and it’s easy to see how this could grow into something on the level of LOTM, Shadow Slave, or TBATE. Your ability to create a world and populate it with characters who feel real and relatable is a huge strength, and it’s what keeps me coming back to see what happens next.
However, the only thing I have a problem with is just the novel art. It doesn’t really stand out, and it makes me sad because of how good this is. The story deserves a cover that captures its essence and draws readers in from the first glance. The current art doesn’t quite do that, and it’s a shame because the content of the novel is so strong. It’s understandable that budget constraints might make it difficult to invest in top-tier artwork, but I do hope that
