- HyuraRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Well, let's start off with Jean he's a very questionable guy if you ask me but I love how the main character is relatable in any way not to mention he loves girls with wolfcuts. When I was reading chapter 3 I kinda got to know his background a little bit more and am very hooked on knowing just "Who the hell is Jean" who the hell is Keon? And most importantly what did he see when he looked st the mirror on his dream? All of those are a very huge mystery, I get it it's a Psychological Slice of Life mixed with a hint of romance who won't love the genre. And as a Filipino myself, what I love more is the expression of culture placed on the novel itself, If I'm guessing the setting might be set on Illocos but the point I'm trying to say is that those little details just makes it a proud novel to say the least. The dialogue also makes me reminisce of my high school days, the cramming, the roasting, and falling in love without knowinf what love actually is which is fun. All I've got to say is whoever the author is he made a great job on writing this 3 chapter masterpiece and I hope he writes more nostalgic yet interesting chapters.
- kokoakolasticRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Some grammar mistakes, and since it's unfinished I might still give it a chance since there were still only 2 chapters released, but even so I'm starting to get the story dynamic and I hope this leads to better chapters. Also the dialogue exchanges are quite interesting and I feel like I am the character myself since there are little hints of realism and culture mixed into it I love those types of novels.
