Through the Abyss

A young man from Earth wakes up one day in a featureless plane of darkness. His name is Trent, and he will have to fight his way through countless monsters in order to gain the strength he needs to escape. He has no idea what happened, or how he got here. All he knows is that he can kill to get stronger, and philosophical pondering can wait for later. Or maybe not. Hey, he can't be expected to not ponder things, ok? It's human nature.
