Description
Zain was twenty-five when he first realized that the this was his second life. As a hedge-mage in the Crimson Moon City, his life was boring and uncomplicated, but he had long since given up on greater ambitions.
He recognized the limits of his talents, and if killing pests and growing plants was he all he did for the rest of his life, then so be it. It paid well enough, and he would get to live for a long time. He would not be one of the fools who chased fame and fortune in battle, or in braving the dungeons, and that was fine.
Why then, did his dreams insist that he could be greater? That he deserved better than to live on scraps of the riches other mages could claim? Zain was happy to live a boring life, safe but unremarkable.
When he went to sleep, he dreamed of moving mountains with his mind, of flying without aid among the skies. When he went to sleep, *Jian* dreamed of breaking the world over his knee, and demand the recognition he craved from the withered remains.
*Jian* knew that his world was his to claim, all he had to do was convince himself to do it.
Or,
Young Master Jian finds himself in a magical wonderland.

A very short synopsis of the story is this- Zain is a budding magician doing small tasks to earn a living and pay off his debt. He's fine with doing small tasks and not taking risks in life, but one day, he suddenly awakens his past life's memories of Jian- who was a person in a cultivator world. Jian is more prone to risk-taking, though the two of them have no idea about their separate magic and power systems as they come from different realities.
The main draw of the story is that there are 2 differing power systems to draw upon, not necessarily that the main cast is overpowered in any particular way.
Style: Can't find anything wrong with the prose.
Grammar: Couldn't find any major mistakes or anything that would stop someone from reading it, so we're good here.
Story: I put a basic outline up above, and the story is moving at a respectable pace where it's not throwing stuff at you the first page in but not holding back too much either.
Character: I have seen enough to get a quick gist of the characters, though I would have to reserve any further judgement depending on further chapters.
Overall seems like a very promising beginning to a series.
